there might actually be some side effects of taking too much whey protein supplement, though everyone is different, one side effect that some people have noted who use the whey protein powder supplement regulary is that it can cause a kind of bloat around there mid section.

kind of like there is excess water around the abdominal muscles, and stop you having that crisp tight look to the midsection.

now i would say if you like whey protein powder and it is giving you good results and you are getting no side effects then you have no need to worry, but if you are finding side effects from taking whey protein, then you might want to first try and scale back on the amount of whey protein powder shakes you drink.

and see if this alleviates the symptoms you have been getting from whey, a good time or the best time to take whey protein is straight after a workout and so at least then your body is in its most need for the amino acids whey supplies.

so if you was to cut back on your whey protein usage that would be a good time to have whey and not other times, by just taking why after a workout and not at other times in the day.

unless for convenience when you cannot get your protein and carbs from food sources, then you can take a whey protein shake for convenience.
